For this humanist artist turned programming evangelist && start-up hustler wannabe, no idea is too big and no detail is too small.
Learning all about everything is her profession, having all sorts of ideas is her vocation and being fascinated by all kinds of people is her life-long addiction. She feeds on (intelligent) humour and is driven by (good) music. “Reality” and “normal” are her archenemies and she has NEVER left the playground. Trained as a visual artist, Catarina Campino has vowed to keep looking for HARDER BETTER FASTER STRONGER challenges until the day she finally “leaves the building”.
On her way to where she currently is, aka working as <Head of Detail> && <Head of Coolture> @ <Academia de Código_>, she has previously been a myriad of things that have made her into what she is right now.
Some of her former “labels” include: Theatre producer, art critic, super hero, museum guide, personal assistant, couch-potato, set designer, underdog, composer, make-up artist, curator, actress, teacher, B-girl, lazy bum, camera-woman, graphic designer, co-creator, ballerina, translator, mother, Hip Hop scholar, social media manager and professional artist. Nowadays, she mostly finds herself daydreaming about Muay Thai while at work, since she has recently taken upon herself the unlikely goal of learning to master the “Art of the Eight Limbs” at the age of 50.
